SFC Surf School

Terms for using the SFC Surf School website

See how Terms for using the SFC Surf School website fits the people, water and working lesson choices that make SFC part of Waikīkī.

The website describes three lessons and gift cards

SFC’s current sellable lesson products are the open-group lesson, private lesson and closed private-group lesson. The gift-card page links to the current FareHarbor flow. Other pages may explain a guest need, occasion, guide topic or future idea; they do not create a separate product or promise that SFC will operate it.

Use the product page to compare the published format and approved base price. Live availability, tax, cancellation terms, student requirements, the final total and the details of a purchased reservation are controlled by the FareHarbor item and the confirmation presented at checkout.

Ocean conditions and instructor directions control the day

Surfing takes place in a changing ocean and involves physical activity, boards, reef, waves, weather and other water users. Website descriptions cannot guarantee a particular break, wave, result, photograph, crowd level or amount of standing time. Guests must follow the instructor’s safety directions and share relevant experience or concerns before entering the water.

A direct update from SFC or the latest booking confirmation takes priority over general planning copy on the website. If weather, access, student needs or water conditions require a change, use the options and policy provided for that reservation.

Prices, cancellations and outside services

The pricing page publishes approved base prices for the six lesson-and-duration combinations. If the website and FareHarbor differ, pause before payment and ask SFC to confirm the current item. Do not rely on an old screenshot, search result, social post or third-party review for the amount due or cancellation terms.

FareHarbor, Google, TripAdvisor, Instagram and Facebook operate their own services and terms. SFC is not responsible for an outside platform’s availability, account controls or independent content. A link is provided for convenience and does not promise that every outside statement is current.

Site content, acceptable use and contact

SFC owns or licenses the site text, design and approved media unless a credit states otherwise. You may use the site for personal trip planning and may share ordinary page links. Do not scrape the site disruptively, bypass security controls, copy the content into a competing service, misrepresent an SFC product or use a person’s image outside the rights granted by its owner.

Do not use the website to send malicious code, false booking information, harassment or unlawful material. SFC may update or remove content as products and operations change without preserving an outdated concept page. These rules protect guests, instructors, photographers and the small business operating the site. Questions about these terms can be sent to sfcsurfschool@gmail.com. Hawaii law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted, without replacing rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
