SFC Surf School

Bring the team together for a surf lesson

Give your team time together on the water with a surf session planned around the people taking part, their experience and your schedule.

Invite the team to take part

A surf lesson can give colleagues a shared experience outside their usual workday. Ask who wants to surf and who prefers to watch, without making ocean participation an obligation. Gather swimming comfort and previous surfing experience privately when discussing the plan with SFC.

Build the session around your schedule

Send the crew your preferred dates, number of active surfers and any firm timing constraints. A private group accommodates two to eight surfers; a larger team needs staffing and arrangements confirmed directly. Keep the surf session distinct from any transport, catering or other retreat services you are organizing.

Confirm the details with your organizer

Choose one contact to receive the plan and distribute check-in instructions. Give participants the packing list and Ala Wai Boat Harbor directions before the event. Ask SFC about media availability if you want photos or footage, and confirm the price and deliverables before including them in your itinerary.
